We are home builders from Austin area of Texas originally, moved to PCB in 2021 for the cool and free vibe of this area. We love all outdoor water activities, especially fishing! We love sharing our latest home remodel project, the beautiful Flamingo Bungalow, with family, friends, and of course renting guests! We take GREAT pride in our cleanliness, physical beauty and attention to detail, and are certain all guests will want to be regular guests:)!
Why they chose this property
We discovered this home for sale in fall 2022 and immediately saw an opportunity to renovate and have our own beach house in addition to our primary home. Beach Blvd is one of PCB's original beachfront neighborhoods, very cool and right in the heart of where you want to be! Couple doors down is Pineapple Willy's, across the street is the Floribama Shores tv show house, across Thomas Drive is Laketown Wharf. It was irresistible!
What makes this property unique
PRIVATE BEACH HOUSE:):) Walk to the beach from your front door, and after a day of beach and ocean fun, WALK back, shower at your private outdoor shower, & go for a swim in the private pool! Walk or golf cart to dinner, shopping, sight seeing, amusements. Relax in the evening in your private hot tub. NO DRIVING/NO TRAFFIC! NO ELEVATORS or stressful parking garages!
