No diving in the pool, this is a sport pool. No diving into the canal Swim at your own risk .
Boats can be tied up to the floating dock only. Guests cannot use the drive on lift. Please do not launch Kayaks from the Boat lift rollers.

We loved this little place! It’s conveniently located, so you could enjoy the Weeki Wachee river in minutes! There are also some good restaurants/ bars close by for those who don’t like to cook when you’re on vacation! We would stay here again!

Michelle was was very responsive. The bungalow was well appointed, freshly refurbed and very clean. Quiet neighborhood and dock was perfect for my 25' boat. Plenty of parking. Thanks very much!

This property was amazing! If you are looking for a nice relaxing get away this is it! I floated in the pool most of the day enjoying the scenery and reading a book while my husband fished off the dock. Not a ton of huge fish but he enjoyed it. If you have a boat tjis would be a great property for you as well.The home is small but very cute and cozy and had everything we needed. It was very clean and the upgrades were beautiful. They have a great screened in patio with a huge amount of space to enjoy the water in the evenings. I would definitely recommend this property and we will definitely come back if time permits. Awesome place!
