Spacious home with a unique fireplace mantel built with rocks from around the world. So much you can do in this home that includes garage parking, full kitchen with cooking ware and utensils, two bedrooms on main floor (king size, and queen size), full bath, TV room, piano, guitar, books, and games. Downstairs includes a 3/4 bath, bedroom with queen, family room with queen bed and TV. Close to USU, the LDS temple, downtown Logan, and Logan canyon. Nearby parks, Merlin Olsen and Whittier center, have fun amenities for kids and adults. Lots of great restaurants. Relax after a day at Beaver Mtn or Cherry Peak ski resorts which are just 30min away. The mountains in this area have great Mtn biking, hiking and running trails. There are miles of country roads for road biking and going for a drive. First dam, at the mouth of Logan canyon is a great place to feed ducks, kayak, fish, and have a picnic.
