Description:
“Vitamin Sea” is perfectly located in the heart of the Island, with an easy walk to the beach, ten restaurants, live music and dancing, specialty shops, and groceries. The miracle drug a “Vitamin Sea” is the long list of family-friendly amenities.
The first vitamin that your family will reach for is the door handle from the family room to the pool deck. This magnificent home features a saltwater pool and sweeping ipe wood porches. The swimming pool is surrounded by a large pool deck providing plenty of room for your entire family to enjoy a lounger or chair while the kids enjoy the afternoon sun in the pool. A bonus on the pool deck is an outside half bathroom.
A new cure all at “Vitamin Sea” is the addition of a new hot tub. You can catch the game on the large television adjacent to the new hot tub or stretch out on new miracle turf that covers the back yard.
As if the pool and hot tub were not enough of a magic vitamin for entertaining your family, this new to rental home also features a ping pong room with plenty of high-top chairs and tables for cheering spectators on the ground level and a card/game room on the top level that features two card tables.
When you first arrive at “Vitamin Sea” you will know this is not just an ordinary vacation after walking up the stairs to the inviting front porch that leads to a grand mahogany front door, opening to a stunning 30-foot-ceiling foyer and dramatic staircase. Brazilian cherry floors anchor an expansive family room, featuring cathedral ceilings, exposed beams, 75-inch framed television and all new furniture.
“Vitamin Sea” at #31 on 21st Avenue offers five comfortable bedrooms with four being located on the first level of the home. First, there is a fun kid’s room that has a single bed with a pull-out single trundle. This bedroom shares a full bath with a queen bed. A king guest bedroom has a private bath. The final bedroom on the first floor is the master bedroom. This bedroom is spectacular in its size and design. The master bath has a soaking tub and spacious shower. The master bedroom has direct access to the back deck where the swimming pool is located and access to the hot tub.
Featuring a reverse floor plan, the upper level of “Vitamin Sea” features the kitchen, dining room, living room, card room and another guest king bedroom. The chef’s kitchen glimmers with natural light from doors that open to the back deck, where a gas grill can be found. There is a large dining table on the back deck with seating for eight. Granite countertops, a six-burner gas range, and ample cabinetry make the kitchen both functional and beautiful. There are many extras in the kitchen from extensive cookware to a pot filler on the stove.
The open and airy feel continues to the living room, which also showcases French doors to the front deck and a large, framed television. All the furniture in the living room is new (2023). The dining room has seating for eight with seating for four at the kitchen bar. Finally, there is a guest king bedroom with a private bath located on the upper level.
Enjoy island living at its best at “Vitamin Sea” with a three-block walk to a paved City of Isle of Palms beach access path, three block walk to the Long Island Café/The Refuge Restaurant/Harris Teeter Grocery Store, and a four-block walk to the front beach Isle of Palms where you will find the famous Windjammer Bar in addition to several restaurants and ice cream options.
