Enjoy a BBQ with friends in the backyard or a glass of wine in the courtyard. Backyard has a dining area and sitting area plus an outdoor shower. This is a single family detached home with a private yard. Moonlight Beach is the premier beach in Encinitas! Wide world class Sandy beach, snack bar, volleyball and playground.. Downtown Encinitas is within walking distance. Great restaurants, bars, shopping and coffee cafes. New refrigerator with ice maker.

OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL AND THE ASSISTANCE PERFECT ON EVERY OCCASION.ONLY 2 NOTES: THE ICE DISPENCER IN THE FRIDGE DIDN'T WORK AND NEITHER DID 1 EXTERNAL LIGHT ... BUT NOTHING REALLY IMPORTANT !
