Enjoy a BBQ with friends in the backyard or a glass of wine in the courtyard. Backyard has a dining area and sitting area plus an outdoor shower. This is a single family detached home with a private yard. Moonlight Beach is the premier beach in Encinitas! Wide world class Sandy beach, snack bar, volleyball and playground.. Downtown Encinitas is within walking distance. Great restaurants, bars, shopping and coffee cafes. New refrigerator with ice maker. Portable AC unit is new to keep things cool.

The house was perfect for what we needed. It was really hot as a heatwave hit the city during our stay. The house is older and appears to have no insulation in the ceiling so it heated up pretty quick. The owners left a portable AC unit in the house which helped, and was greatly appreciated. House was clean, minimal amenities, cozy.

OUR STAY WAS WONDERFUL AND THE ASSISTANCE PERFECT ON EVERY OCCASION.ONLY 2 NOTES: THE ICE DISPENCER IN THE FRIDGE DIDN'T WORK AND NEITHER DID 1 EXTERNAL LIGHT ... BUT NOTHING REALLY IMPORTANT !

Wonderful house! Walk down the street and you step right into the sand and are so close to fun downtown Encinitas. Comfy beds and fabulous couches for relaxing. Lots of windows and nice private front and rear areas outside to relax in. Very soft sheets. Pristine clean and lots of room to spread out with your group. Everything for a great get away. You will love it! We hope to come back someday!
