Walking distance to the beach and your favorite coffee shops and restaurants, this cozy cottage is just three blocks from Virginia beach Sports centre, the Convention centre and Boardwalk. 3 Bedrooms and 1.5 Bath- Perfect for a family Vacation

Centrally located in the Vibe and Ocean Resort District with wide lighted sidewalks make it easy to access local coffee shops, restaurants, beach and entertainment. The creative Vibe district is a hub for artists where there is always something going on from Farmer's Market to community art projects.

we have private parking available directly in front of our cottage!!

• Creating noise/sound that can be heard inside any adjoining residence is prohibited. [City code section 23-69 through 23-71]
• All trash shall be placed in automated refuse receptacle where provided. [City code sections 31-26, 31-27 and 31-28]
• Having more than two people per bedroom in the home after 11:00 PM is prohibited. [Zoning Ordinance Section 241.2]

• No events with more than the permitted number of people who may stay overnight (number of bedrooms times two) shall be held at the Short Term Rental and the property on which it is located. This Short Term Rental may not request or obtain a special event permit under City Code Section 4-1 (8a). [Zoning Ordinance Section 221(g)] 1.

Couldn't have stayed in a better place. The beach was within walking distance. There are plenty shops and places to eat also within walking distance. For sure Ill look for the availability of this property during my next visit to the area.

Close to shops and oceanfront. Only knock would be with the hardwood floors and the smaller size, every noise is VERY loud in the house. But I get the need for hardwood floors at a beach house. Also the bunk beds were a bit creaky and frustrated the kids when trying to sleep. But we still enjoyed our stay and would stay again .

boardwalk weekend stay

Our group was 4 senior adults. We enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean. The kitchen was well equipped with what was needed. The furniture was comfortable. The property was within a reasonable walking distance to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. We would recommend this house to anyone who would like to spend some time in Virginia Beach.

Nice stay!

The cottage was a nice stay for our family and friends! It was a nice quiet neighborhood and not too far from the beach. I would have appreciated a little earlier or more communication from the host in access information. Many places I’ve stayed at in the past, have communicated when they would share the access information so I would know when to expect it. If in town again, we would stay there again.

Decent little place

House is fine. Just a typical old bungalow. Clean, smelled good. Parking is pretty tough if you have anything besides a smart car. I had to parallel park my van in the front yard to keep off the sidewalk. I stayed for work and it was just fine
