Property is beautiful only suggestion is please mount tv in 1st floor bedroom on the opposite side of the wall.

Our family enjoyed this clean, serene, minimalist home. Kitchen was well equipped without being cluttered. Bedrooms and living room have tv’s and ceiling fans, along with the a/c. Patio on roof was a bonus, but we didn’t use it as much as we thought we would. Property was in new condition. It has 4 levels, stacked, so be prepared to climb stairs.Short walk to boardwalk, ocean, dining, shopping, ice cream, breakfast, fast food, and awesome 3-D glow in the dark mini golf. There were several free outdoor concerts nearby while we were there, which was a treat. The whole area is clean and feels safe. Owner was quick to answer my questions. Maintenance personnel found my missing watch and notified me while I was traveling home, so that I could retrieve it right away.

Beautiful accommodations!

Beautiful house! Perfect size for our family vacation. Good location with grocery store, shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Short walk to the beach. We could even see the ocean from the rooftop deck!

Best Rooftop!

Best rooftop space around!! Very clean, well stocked (real garbage bags vs the thin ones that rip easily). Beds were super comfortable, nice neighborhood, close to food and the beach and check in/check out was a breeze.

The property is nice, location is great. However we encountered no AC on the 1st day and over night due to failed components on the system. After our stay there were several items we noted that needed improved that should have been taken care of before our stay. We felt that a small portion of our payment should have been refunded since the amount we paid didnt meet our expectations. Vrbo felt differently and offered only an apology. When you pay a large sum for a vacation stay, anyone's expectation would be to not have a repairman coming in and out of the rental while you are trying to enjoy your vacation. I guess this is normal for Vrbo and their policy is they will correct the items while you are there and disrupting your stay is OK and no compensation will be offered. This was our first experience using Vrbo and I dont believe we would choose this company moving forward.

Unfortunately, the failure was caused by a component that stopped working unexpectedly and could not have been identified during routine inspections prior to your arrival. Once we were made aware of the issue, we acted as quickly as possible to have qualified technicians diagnose and repair the system to restore comfort for you and your group. We understand that having service personnel at the property during a vacation is not ideal and can be disruptive. However, our priority is always to resolve issues promptly rather than delay repairs and leave guests without essential amenities for a longer period of time. We appreciate your comments regarding other items that you felt could be improved and will take them into consideration as we continue to maintain and enhance the property. Thank you again for your stay and for taking the time to provide your comments.

VA Beach stay

Property as advertised- great set up for a family. The layout does have the bunk beds on main level- not terrible but something to note. Overall, property was fairly clean, had most everything needed. Parking is good, although this unit does place you down ‘alley’ street. About 2 blocks from water, but in a good spot. We did try and use sofa sleeper in room with bunk beds, did uncover large cockroach living there- a little bit hesitant to use after finding this. That aside, rest of unit clean and worked well.
