Downstairs has a tv/rec room, an additional bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom with tub and walk-in shower and laundry. Minutes away from Lake Michigan, restaurants, bars, golf and more. Boat and bike rentals available nearby. Two kayaks included. Walkable to restaurants, ice cream, parks with playgrounds. So much to enjoy!
