Our 1,750 square foot 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom luxury home, located a mere 5 minute walk to Coeur d'Alene Resort and Marina. The home's location is central to everything Coeur d'Alene has to offer. From arts and culture, to one-of-a-kind dining experiences and iconic lake views, this home is the perfect all-season North Idaho getaway.
Our home is equipped with a gourmet kitchen with eating space in both the kitchen and dining room. The living room offers comfortable furnishings and a flat screen TV. Next to the living room is a bedroom with French doors with a queen bed that is perfect for a children's playroom or bedroom. In addition, there are two more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and a laundry room. There are multiple outdoor living spaces that offer filtered views of Lake Coeur d’Alene.

•This home's location provides ideal access to City Park which is ideal for the special events like the Iron Man competition, Art on The Green, Car d' Alene, shopping, restaurants, tasting rooms and easy access to I-90 and Hwy 95 for a day at Silver Mountain or Schweitzer Ski Resort, and various area mountain biking and hiking trails.
–Good To Know–
•There are two dedicated parking spaces available to guests in the front driveway.
•The house is equipped with portable AC units for use during the summer months.
•Please note: there is a caretaker that lives onsite in a separate upstairs unit.
•No pets are allowed
•Permit Number: 52332
•Book at least a week and a 10% discount is automatically applied (Excludes Christmas/New Years). Inquire about further discounts for monthly rentals.
Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time of the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations that are at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days prior to the arrival date. We do offer travel insurance.
