I was in New Mexico on business at the convention center and didn’t want to pay $200 a night for a hotel hotel. So I looked at Vrbo and the price was extremely good. I would recommend for one or two people. Lyft was very handy!

Good May weekend stay
When entering path to room path was a little worn and had a thin piece of aluminum covering something. Scary to step on. Easy to enter room. Would be good for 1 person because one side of bed is against a wall and wife had to crawl over me in the middle of the night to pee. The shower area was great. The whole room was very clean.
Everything was great until a strange women came into the bathroom from another room and scared the crap out of me. I didnt sleep all night cuz i was so freaked out and had an early flight to catch. That never should've happened!
early flight tearly flight to catch

The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was awesome, and generally the inside space was as expected. The lost stars come from a lack of communication from the host and for being led astray by the property description. We were under the impression that we would have free access to the yard for us and our pups, however there were almost always 4 dogs in the back yard that would bark at ours through a metal gate every time we went in and out of the studio space. We didn’t feel comfortable bringing our dogs to the yard given that, and the barking was stressful to our pups every time we came in and out of the space. When I messaged the host about this, she completely ignored my message and never responded to my inquiry about yard access for my pups for our week stay or the other dogs on the property. Megan the tenet who lives on the property created 2 times for us to have some yard time for our pups by putting all other dogs inside. Overall, we didn’t feel this place was pet-friendly, as advertised. Additionally, there was another time when I contacted the host about parking because we wanted to be respectful of where she asked us to park—she told me she would get back to me, but never did. Megan, who the host told me was a tenet/guest on the property, ended up being more of a host than the actual host. Overall, the host was not communicative, and the description of the stay the little communication we did receive from the host were both misleading.
