The space
 Basic accommodations for sleep, shower and rest
 Room size 12 sq meters or 130 sq ft.
 Room offerings: one queen bed or full bed with memory foam mattress, air conditioning, ceiling fan, mini fridge, free wiFi, and private bathroom. TV with firestick upon request.

***NOTE the room are compact and snug, approximately 12 square meters (130 square feet) for Single Rooms. You won't find additional amenities like couches or dining tables beyond what's already mentioned. Our accommodations are simple and straightforward.

What sets us apart is our excellent location in downtown, conveniently close to restaurants, bars, nightlife, and the marina. Guests return from their adventure for rest and sleep in a quiet area tucked away. For peace of minds, guests also benefit from Pedregal's 24 hour security stationed in our parking lot.
