I live in Provincetown Ma. on Cape Cod. I also rent a 4 bed 3.5 bath Waterview home with a heated private pool, hot tub, sauna, and a fireplace in Provincetown.
Why they chose this property
My building, The Palm House is in the Northwood neighborhood, Northwood, is just outside downtown West Palm Beach and Rosemary Square. We have our own small downtown with restaurants, shops, and a Post Office. The Palm Beach House is also 10 minutes from Palm Beach and Worth Ave.
What makes this property unique
The Palm Beach House has a private beach which is rare, additionally, we have a private fishing pier, a great gym with separate locker rooms, and saunas. A billiard room and library are also nice additions. My parking spot is directly in front of the lobby and there is guest parking.
