We had our family vacation here and we needed for nothing. Just pack your food and essentials, everything else was there for us! We docked our boat and had easy access to the lake. It was so cozy and clean, rustic but still modern! LOVED IT and would book again.

We loved this property. We loved being on the channel. Peaceful. Wildlife. The cabin was just the right size for the five of us and two dogs. Loved having the fenced-in area for the pups. We rented a pontoon and it fit perfectly next to the dock. We enjoyed the fire pit our last night. The price is very reasonable and we were there for three nights. We hope to stay there next year!!

Perfect cabin for our group of 6 girls for our annual girls weekend. Had all the comforts of home, beautiful yard, and withing walking distance of beach and Dockside at Breezy. Would definitely recommend!

This is the most wonderful property. From the large yard and dock/peddle boat and fire pit to the deck and grill to the large screen porch to the well-stocked kitchen to the ample bedrooms. And to top all that off, extremely pet-friendly inside and out. It is amazingly peaceful and quiet despite being in the middle of a large resort. Walking up to the coffee house and Dockside is a lovely leisurely stroll. We caught a couple sunnies off the deck, peddled out to the bay and caught a couple more. Nature viewing is plentiful with the cranes on the island across the channel and deer in the yard. It is exceptionally clean and the hosts were extremely accommodating and responsive. Highly recommended!

Beautiful property and great location. We enjoyed the whole place. Close to fishing dock and Breezy. So much space to play games relax and enjoy family and friends. Great little fire pit. Would definitely book this again.

Great cabin

We had a great stay at this lake home. The location is quiet with nice privacy. Short walks to beaches and to breezy point resort was really great if you dont feel like cooking, or are looking for entertainment. Definitley would stay here again!! Thanks

Great Stay

Overall great property. Everything you need. Dock was great for kids fishing and the paddle boat was a fun addition. Plenty of towels and blankets. Kitchen well stocked. Would go back!

We had a fabulous week at Channel breeze. Thank you for sharing your great cabin with our family. The cabin had all the amenities we could ask for. A great coffee machine, bbq and all the pet dishes, games and activities a family needs for a vacay. I was a little reluctant to jump on the pedal boat...they are usually overrated and hard to move around but this one was such a treat to enjoy. I highly recommend a sunset pedal around the channel! The mama and 3 baby deer visiting each day was a welcome sight in each morning. We would stay here again in a heart beat and encourage renting a pontoon from Breeezy point for your stay. The best way to enjoy a hot afternoon. Thank you!

Fun and relaxing retreat

We celebrated our 2 year old daughter’s birthday as a family at this peaceful cabin. Everyone enjoyed time together and what a beautiful location. We caught a bass off the dock that was a highlight for my 2 sons. Wonderful cozy accommodations.

Clean, quiet and comfortable

A neighborhood feel with golf carts the norm on this channel road. The home was comfortable with all the amenities and a short distance to the beach with clear water and no crowding! We enjoyed the quiet channel, bonfire and open porch for card games and painting as a family on a rainy July 4th. Would stay again!

Great Property - Pet Friendly

Great property would definitely stay again. Plenty of space for the 5 of us and the pups. There was enough room to dock our pontoon. The channel is protected from the wind. So no worries about the boat blowing around. The fenced in area was great for the dogs. The sun room was nice. The kitchen was well stocked. Everything was clean and the appliances were all newer. The beds were a little firm for our preference. The back yard was nice to chill out in. This is probably the best stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. The hosts really did think of everything. Lots of homey touches. I would recommend and chose to stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout of the house is nice, with a master bedroom on the ground floor, and a small kitchen island with raised seating providing additional seats to watch the World Cup on the television. The enclosed back porch provided a nice secondary reception room where we played cards and watched for wildlife on the lake. The host was very thoughtful in providing essentials which made our stay very enjoyable. My sister rented the house next door, and I would highly recommend this for large groups. We were only four people in this residence, but the "neighbours" could stop by, and we all met up at the large fire pit once or twice in the evening. Highly recommend.
