This fully equipped property sits in a gorgeous lake community, known as Lake Park. Not only is this booking paired with a double deck view of the lake, and spacious rooms, but also offers stunning sunsets and a dog- friendly walkway around the lake that never bores. Just an 8 min walk from Carolina beach, this condo is centrally located with easy access to a variety of activities for everyone to enjoy.

Carolina Beach Lake was once noted in the Guiness Book of World Records as being the freshwater lake closest to salt water. It is a great place for a picnic and the site of Pleasure Island’s “Light Up The Lake” celebration during the holiday season. This 11-acre lake offers 4 gazebos, restrooms, sheltered picnic area and playground equipment.

Lake Park is located just two short blocks from the ocean and 1 1/4 miles south of Snow's Cut Bridge and is bordered by S Lake Park Blvd, Atlantis Ave. 4th Street and Columbia Ave. A walking path circles the lake and is the perfect place to take a stroll solo, with friends, furry friends or for the little ones to learn to ride their bikes. While enjoying the walking path keep an eye out for the several varieties of ducks and geese and other birds who call Carolina Beach Lake home.

The condo is beautiful and was exceptionally clean upon arrival. Is a very short walk to the beach and has a great view overlooking the lake. The host was very pleasant, accommodating and stayed in communication to ensure a successful stay. Highly recommend and plan on returning.

Why they chose this property

Why this neighborhood, I love this neighborhood's proximity to everything. Whether taking a walk to the farmers market on Saturday morning or a quick stroll to Veggie Wagon for my delicious latte, there is always a place to go within a couple of minutes. Not to mention the neighborly feeling of being at Lake Park!

What makes this property unique

If there is anything that makes my property unique is the lake view! It is absolutely gorgeous, especially at night, the fountain "when on", shoots water in different colors. I love this. I also love that you can walk around the lake at during night hours, the lake is well lit and it makes one feel safe, especially when walking my dog!
