This property is located in South Central Kentucky 6 miles from Barren River State Park, on Highway 87 in a country setting in the small community of Tracy. The home has three bedrooms and one bath, with two for the rooms having queen beds and the third has two single beds. The ground floor features a den/kitchen area on the inside and a large deck on the outside. The kitchen is stocked with about anything you may need. The basement has a den also along with a game room with some vintage arcade and ping pong table. the basement has a washer and dryer too. We have high speed internet. The basement and ground floor dens' have a 55" tv. The two queens have 36" and the other bedroom doesn't have a tv. Bedrooms are over the air tv, but do have ports to plug in your internet device. The dens are internet tv only. If you have internet tv, it is recommended that you bring your Roku or whatever you use to access your channels. Outside you will find mature shade trees along with a propane gas and charcoal grill. We also have a small fire pit with a couple benches. You are about 40 minutes from Mammoth Cave National Park, 30 minutes from Bowling Green, an hour a half from Nashville, TN.
