Francine and Philip were wonderful hosts! Their home is clean and well cared for. They communicated everything with us and offered to make things right when they found out the pool was to be closed during our stay. The views are amazing, and the beach chair worked out perfectly for the seniors in our group. Our stay was absolutely perfect.

Everything about the condo was wonderful! The hosts were very communicative and very nice. We would definitely stay there again! I had my MIL and mother on this trip. The condo was very easy for them to get in and out.

Phil and Francine were absolutely a true joy to work with for this trip!!! They stayed in constant communication with us, checking to make sure everything was always in order and up to par for our trip! They offered suggestions of great places to eat and things to do with our kids! In the heart of Panama City Beach so we were a quick 10 minute or less drive to everywhere we could possibly want to go to! The home was absolutely adorable and met every expectation we could fathom! Will absolutely return!!!

Perfect Beach Getaway

The property was very nicely decorated and furnished. It was very clean and accommodated all 8 of us. The appliances were new and the hospitality from the host was amazing! I would definitely stay here again if we come back.

Owners were helpful and great at communicating start to finish. They went above and beyond to welcome us and ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable! Very clean, well stocked and beautifully decorated! Great beach location.
