Come enjoy the beauty and seclusion of the Smoky Mountains at our enchanting Creekside chalet! This chalet borders the Great Smoky Mountains National Park at the base of Cove Mountain in Wears Valley.

This cozy, open- concept, 1 bed, 2 bath chalet sleeps up to 6 people. While the chalet is equipped to host 6 people, we think the perfect group size is 3 or 4. We are happy to host 6, but keep in mind it will be a little cozier with just 3 or 4.

When you arrive at our cabin, you’ll be welcomed by the relaxing sounds of the rushing water from the creek that runs along the back of the property. Imagine waking up and enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea while swinging in our hammock swing on the top deck overlooking the beautiful brook and enjoying the peaceful sounds of rushing water and birds chirping.

Stay and enjoy the calm and peaceful sounds of nature or take a short 10 minute drive to explore the Great Smoky Mountain National Park, or a 19 min drive to Pigeon Forge and enjoy first class shopping and amusement parks galore.

In the evening after you’ve explored Pigeon Forge or our Beautiful GSM National Park, come back to your home away from home, and relax in our 4-person hot tub with blue-tooth speakers. Soak your stress away while listening to your favorite music, and enjoying the beauty and serenity of this enchanting mountain environment. Cuddle up with your loved one in the King size bed and watch your favorite movie or show on the 75” Samsung Smart TV in front of our cozy electric fireplace.

Health, safety and well-being of our guests are of the up-most importance. For this reason, we use a thorough cleaning process after each check-out.

By booking this listing you agree to the following terms and conditions:

● Must sign rental agreement emailed upon booking.

● Must be 25 or older to book. Message host if under 25.

● 6 persons Max

● 3 Vehicle Max

● Please message host before booking if you have more than 6 persons. An additional charge of $50 minimum per person per night may be considered by host.

● NO Pets. If you sneak in a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $100 and you will be asked to leave.

● NO fireworks, partying, loud music, or large gatherings allowed at any time. Please be respectful of neighbors.

● NO Smoking of any substance is allowed inside Brook Haven Chalet. You are welcome to smoke outdoors.

● There is a Spiral staircase in bedroom. May be a challenge for individuals with mobility issues.

● We provide a start of toilet paper and paper towels. You may need to buy more.

● The hot tub is for guests 21 and over only. Please refrain from using the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or narcotics for your safety. Pregnant woman and elderly persons should consult doctor before use. Use the hot tub At Your Own Risk.

● NO wading in the brook.

● Check-in begins at 4pm on dates of reservation and will end at 10am on check-out date. We can occasionally allow for early check-in and will let you know if the cabin is ready prior to 4pm.

● Aluminum foil, condiments, zip locks, and charcoal are not provided.

● Although we RARELY see bears, there’s still a chance of a bear sighting as the cabin is near their natural habitat. DO NOT approach bears. We provide a helpful resource in our guidebook regarding tips on vacationing near our black bears.

● The cabin is in the mountains, so cell service may be spotty.

● There may be some twisty roads.

● The cabin is in the mountains/ forests, so you may see bugs or critters. We do our best to maintain the cabin with regular pest control, but due to the surroundings, if doors are left open, or if food is left outside, this can attract critters.

You will be provided an electronic house manual prior to check-in that will provide you with everything you need to know about the chalet in order to have a comfortable stay.
