Very nice

The place is newly renovated and very clean. Check in was a breeze and the location was perfect for us. Since this is in the downtown area there will be homeless people near but I never felt unsafe. I would stay here again.

great location, tricky access

this was a great little condo for two of us visiting for the gate river run 15k! easily walkable to the stadium, disc golf course, and restaurants.PROS location: quiet and convenient spacious unit with separate bedroom and living room/kitchen lots of natural light and nice views through the tall windows (and darkening curtains in the bedroom) updated amenities: full sized fridge, keurig, dishwasher, smart tvCONS difficult check-in process with the property owner (silver street management): the links they sent to submit images of credit card and driver license (which had already been validated via vrbo) didn't work so we were frantically trying to get the information to them on our drive down from nc so they didn't cancel the reservation. access to the building and elevator was cumbersome and not very user-friendly (even having stayed here last year!) overall the condo was pretty clean but the floors seem to have been mopped with a dirty mop and were sticky and smelly, there were hairs in the bath tub, and the toilet seat had dirt around the edge our check-out time was 10am but our building access ended at 8:15 so we had to take all of our luggage, cooler, etc. out in one trip and if we had gone out for coffee earlier wouldn't have been able to get back in!
