About this property

Bring the whole family to our lovely home away from home with lots of room for everyone! Fully fenced yard to keep your kids and pets safe when you're not at the lake. Located a 5 minute drive to lakes, and walking distance to grocery stores, liquor shops, and restaurants, or enjoy the full kitchen and BBQ on the patio.

Three good sized bedrooms that can sleep 6. A king size bed that can be separated into 2 twin XL beds, 1 queen bed, and a bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a twin on top.
The space
This is a spacious home built in the 50's when things were built to last. She has a fully fenced yard with parking for multiple cars and even a boat! With groceries, food shops and a Liquor store within a minutes walk you'll fall in love with how close you are but how peaceful the house can be.
Guest access
Here you have access to the whole property. The main floor is your living area. With entry at the front and rear of the house you can access from the street or the carport in the alley. The basement is unfinished, and very open with storage for bikes, canoes, or anything of value that you want locked away.

Stay

Loved the home but the sofa was very uncomfortable. Low to the ground and sagging at either end. Overall our stay was great! and we would recommend it to others.

Penticton for Sports

The house worked out well for myself and my family. It was nice to find a spot with a fully fenced backyard and bunkbeds. Good spot for families with small dogs:)

Visiting family for Christmas

Great stay. House is well kept, clean and has all the amenities you require. Beds are very comfortable. Location is great near all the stores you need for a stay.

Home away from home is an Understatement!

House was the perfect size for us four ladies. We enjoyed the back patio for evenings and meals. All agreed our beds most comfy. Kitchen was great for group prep and cooking. Perfect location 5 to 10 minutes from everything we needed. Highly recommend for group or family. Thank you Suzanne for a most enjoyable week end

Penticton Summer 2023

The stay was good. Place was nice and clean. It is a bit of an older home, but it has its nice charms, even with the creaky floor. Great place to stay with family; the kids will enjoy the bunk beds, and the other beds are nice too. It’s also in walking distance to the downtown area as well.

Our neighborhood is close to anything you need! Groceries, alcohol, and food all within walking distance. Need to get to the beach? It's just a 5 minute drive to either lake!
