This property was perfect for our girls trip. There was plenty of space for us to comfortably enjoy ourselves. We had a couple of minor issues but they were resolved quickly and we were appreciative of the managements attentiveness. I would definitely recommend this property!

This property was beautiful and well-maintained. The views were incredible. Luiz was a great host, even personally working on a wifi issue. My only suggestion is grab bars in the bathrooms. We were all seniors and a couple of us have mobility issues. This house would accomodate lots of people!!

This property is lovely and the host is very easy to communicate with. Luis also made an accommodation for our family on a needed appliance, which was great. There are a lot of pros to this property, it was clean, lots of sleeping spaces, good kitchen accessories, second fridge downstairs that we used for beverages, and the beach access is wonderful. The area of beach in front of the house was relatively private and compared to some areas of Pawleys, there was good beach above high tide to set up on. I will note that the kitchen and main area where we hung out is disconnected from the beach and on the marsh side. We really enjoyed the marsh, especially at sunset and the watchtower gave an incredible view, but did miss the beach sounds and sights as part of our house and porch time. The only real way to see the beach from the house is from the master bedroom balcony and even then the view is a little limited by the big houses in front. I'll also note that this house doesn't come with any beach accessories (chairs, beach towels) which was hard with some of our guests flying as we had to bring it all or rent locally. Finally, the bathrooms are all dedicated to the bedrooms, which was a little tricky for us with the people staying in basement or master area away from the kitchen and main gathering space. Overall though it was a great, beautiful, and unique space.

Delightful Home

Our family enjoyed a rainy week at this lovely home! With plenty of room for everyone to spread out and make themselves comfy as we waited out the rain! The location was convenient to restaurants and the grocery store, yet away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life! The beach was perfect; uncrowded and lined with beautiful shells! We already look forward to returning next year!
