Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Once again, Bonnie’s hospitality can’t be beat. The place was spotless. She provided extras that made us feel welcome. Have stayed here multiple times and would not hesitate to stay again. Pet friendly, fenced in back yard, red carpet treatment.

This rental was the best VRBO we've stayed in! The hosts attention to detail was amazing, the house was immaculate and extremely well stocked. The size was perfect for the 2 of us and our big dog.
