Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

The house was clean, the garage was handy to use to store bikes on the car rack and auto. The host made the stay very enjoyable by providing candy in a dish, clean towels,hot tub clean, etc. We utilized the laundry this time, nice to return home with clean clothes. This is the 4th. time we stayed @ the perfect small house, always a good experience.

Communication with Bonnie was clear, timely, and resourceful. The owners went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed, settled, and created space to relax during a busy travel work week. This place is like a home away from home. The host made us feel like family. She took the time to put an easter basket together for us whick made our day. Had drinks we like there and even went out of their way when the firepit ran out of propane to get it replaced. The house was spotless and yes its in town but does not give you that feel. I didnt drop any stars as this is personal preference but bed is extremely soft we prefer hard.
