Small studio house, 560 sq ft, with all the comforts of home. Updated and smart home technology. Great for individual or couple. Many things to do in close proximity to home. Hop on the 300 miles of bike trail where an entrance is only a mile away. Then come home to grill and relax in your private hot tub. Take in all the sites and activities Xenia, Yellow Springs and Dayton has to offer. All close. Street parking across from house. Fenced in backyard for fido. We accept any size dog/dogs as long as you are a responsible owner.

Perfect area for bikers to access the Little Miami bike trail. Just 1 mile away. House is very clean and comfortable. Lots of extra touches you don’t get at other rentals!

Wonderful place with all the comforts of home, plus tiny details to make the stay perfect. The house is spotless, cleaner than any hotel. Host communication was fantastic and they happily allowed us to check in early. Highly recommend for your stay in Xenia!

We loved staying here this weekend-everything was immaculately clean, and the hospitality was something we hadn’t experienced with even a high end hotel stay. The house was clean, the garage was handy to use to store bikes on the car rack and auto. The host made the stay very enjoyable by providing candy in a dish, clean towels,hot tub clean, etc. We utilized the laundry this time, nice to return home with clean clothes. This is the 4th. time we stayed @ the perfect small house, always a good experience.
