Fountain Hills is very friendly, family oriented and fun community. Close to Scottsdale, but situated in a more relaxed setting. Small town feel without sacrificing access to all the amenities that Scottsdale has to offer. Convenient access to the airport.
Live music at the park; festivals; restaurants; mountains with snow during winter season; and World renown Fountain. This townhouse located across the street from the park and within easy walking distance. Subdivision has swimming pool and a hot tub. You can enjoy Fountain views and holiday fireworks right from the swimming pool. Take your dog for walk to the park with a lot of grass and water around.
