Wonderful place and host

I was here for a month for a work project. Nina made my stay as comfortable as possible. Being away from home for that long, she made me feel right at home. With great amenities, comfortable beds and cozy vibe. I'd definitely stay here again

The property is nice, however, the maintenance is lacking. Sinks didn’t drain efficiently and there is no safety slippage strips in the bathtub. The patio out front is lacking maintenance immensely. The host is amazing. The property needs attention.

Fountain Hills is very friendly, family oriented and fun community. Close to Scottsdale, but situated in a more relaxed setting. Small town feel without sacrificing access to all the amenities that Scottsdale has to offer. Convenient access to the airport. Live music at the park; festivals; restaurants; mountains with snow during winter season; and World renown Fountain. This townhouse located across the street from the park and within easy walking distance. Subdivision has swimming pool and a hot tub. You can enjoy Fountain views and holiday fireworks right from the swimming pool. Take your dog for walk to the park with a lot of grass and water around.

What makes this property unique

This property is in great condition, clean, updated and fully remodeled. Boasts pool, hot tub, 1 car garage, parking areas for guests, and balcony off master bedroom. 2 Master suites with full bathrooms and walk-in closets, along with half bathroom downstairs. Kitchen has everything needed! Italian coffee "Nespresso" machine provided as well. Close to the park and restaurants. Pets are welcome with additional "pet fee" and landlord's approval.
