Recently remodeled property in historic 4th Ave/Downtown Tucson. Located a stones throw from the street car & walking distance to the U of A, shopping, night life, bars, & trending eatery's. Enjoy this two bedroom two bathroom w/ all the essentials for long & short term stays. Sleep tight w/ super comfy king bed in the master and a queen in the 2nd bedroom. Tastefully decorated thru-out. Hot location that definitely wont disappoint!

All the amenities you need for a long or short term stay. Washer/Dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Keurig coffee maker with pods, sugar and creamer. We offer Netflix and Hulu on the living room and bedroom TV.

Terrific property in a great location very near 4th avenue and 1/2 west of the UofA main gate. 2 full bedrooms were great but IMO the best part of this unit is the 2 full BATHROOMS! Eric is a great host. Very responsive. In fact, I wouldn't have been surprised if he replied even before I sent my inquiries. LOL... Semi-pro tip: check out Time Market. Go for coffee/breakfast in the AM, fried chicken sammie for lunch and then go back for pizza for dinner. All within a 3.5 minute walk from the front door.

This place was perfect for our girls weekend and we loved that it was walking distance to so many restaurants. Time Market was wonderful for picking up some basic groceries and pastries.

Great spot. We particularly appreciated the Keurig coffee pods, and the toiletries that were available to us on arrival. beds were comfy. Parking was a little tight, because our rental company gave us a big SUV instead of the sedan that I wanted. But we got used to it over time, and it was satisfactory. The location is well stocked with toiletries and paper goods and a couple of bottles of water in the refrigerator, which was great. Unusually quick responsiveness from Eric, which gave us a sense of comfort. If available will stay here again.

A real gem in a quiet neighborhood. This is a great place to stay!One note to consider…for those with larger cars, the provided parking space can be a bit tight, especially when a larger car has taken the slot next to it.
