You will have access to a backyard patio with a grill and seating.. Enjoy the incredible Gulf of Mexico sunsets with beach access barely a block away. Just a short drive or walk to the bus stop to pick up the Jolly Trolley and visit the dozens of beach bars and restaurants along the barrier islands.

So many things accessible by foot or car. The Jolley Trolley is a fun way to get around. Want to do things on your own time? Call and reserve a golf cart to be delivered by Happy's Golf Cart Rentals. The golf carts can be used throughout Clearwater Beach and all along the Pinellas barrier Islands.

Perfect for Us!

We enjoyed our stay. Perfect spot near the beach and within walking distances of the main Clearwater Beach shops, Frenchy’s and the pier. Would stay again and recommend to friends.

Property Clear water Beach

No towels for 3 people in bathroom , bathroom sink and tub drains drain slow , toilet needs to be replaced , no dressers in bed rooms to put your cloths , look like tv s missing in bed rooms . Yard needed cleaning up around property .Other than that location and beach was great .
