A Cozy Cottage built in the 1970's with an "old school" beach feel. 20 steps to the beach located in a row of bungalow units. This cottage is a ground floor unit directly on the beach with a private deck for outside dining/grilling in a great location for families that are looking for easy/private beach access with close proximity to Clearwater on a low budget. 10% DISCOUNT FOR 7 NIGHTS, 15% FOR 28 NIGHTS

The Space:
This 1100 Square Ft. Cottage has two bedrooms and one and a half baths, a fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer. The Master bedroom has a King size bed and the second bedroom has a Queen as well as Twin with a water/beach view. This cottage has recently been updated with all new bedding & towels as well as family room and outside dining and relaxing while watching the amazing Gulf Sunsets.

You cannot go wrong with this beachfront bungalow. Not only is it literally one step out your back door to the beach, but it is well equipped with anything you could need to enjoy your stay. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for those who want to cook just about anything. And there’s even a small charcoal grill if that’s your thing as well. Lori, the owner, was gracious enough to take us shopping when we first got there to pick up incidentals and groceries. She even offered the use of her vehicle whenever we needed it even though we chose to use Lyft.Besides the comfortable accommodations, the nautical theme and plenty of outdoor seating it was Lori‘s presence and her southern hospitality that made this place higher than five stars. We would definitely come again if visiting Clearwater.She also has a wonderful neighbor who is there to help if there’s anything you need in Lori‘s absence.Do not hesitate to rent this wonderful beachfront cottage. Regardless of bad weather, it makes up for it in every way.

The condo was perfect for the four of us. Very cozy and had everything we needed. The owner was very easy to communicate l with. He reached out to us to make sure that we were good during the day. He even offered for us to stay an extra day if you needed it. The beach is beautiful outside his condo. I will definitely stay here again if we are in the area!

Location can't be beat - area is safe, beach is literally 50 steps out the door, house was clean and very comfortable. Everything needed was provided and owner was totally available if needed. Would stay here again if returning to this same area - very relaxing trip!

My family of four stayed and loved how close the beach was! Beautiful! If you’re looking for a less crowded beach this is it. But also very close to all the restaurants and shopping, etc. Cottage is just how described…we hope to come back!

Cute comfy cottage steps from the beach. You could watch the waves and hear the ocean from the house and back deck. Clean. Roomy. Had everything we needed. Randy our host was around all the time for any help or things we needed. Beach is beautiful.

Beautiful Beach

Bellaire is a truly gorgeous beach, and the proximity to Clearwater was handy! The cottage was comfortable, the beds were great, and the owners were working hard to recover from substantial hurricane damage. They were very friendly and responsive to our many issues and suggestions about things that were needed, but there are still some things that need to be done to bring it up to the highest VRBO quality.
