Nice place

Great for a guys weekend. Host was very responsive to messages and checked in on us on arrival day and check out day. We enjoyed ourselves.

Boone Getaway

A little dated but very clean and roomy space for a family or small group. Convenient to all Boone has to offer. Host was very communicative and easy to work with.

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing due to numerous maintenance, cleanliness, and safety issues throughout the property.The beds were extremely squeaky and made noise with even the slightest movement.The couch was disconnected/broken and appeared to be falling in.The grout throughout the house was disgustingly dirty.There was exposed metal from the heaters in the hallways and bathrooms, creating a potential safety hazard.The bathroom vanity had rusty, exposed metal.The bathtub had a hole from what appeared to be a poorly executed repair.There was visible mold on the bathroom walls. It could literally be wiped off with toilet paper.The chandelier had no working light bulbs.The hallway mirror doors were broken and not properly connected.The dehumidifier was leaking.The outdoor rocking chair was broken.The master bedroom comforter was visibly stained and did not appear to have been washed.Overall, the property needs significant attention to cleanliness, maintenance, and safety before it should be rented to guests. We expected a much higher standard for a VRBO rental and would not stay here again in its current condition.

Worth every penny!

Very important to not forget the 'South' part of the address or you'll think you'd been duped. Lol But the owner/host was very quick in response, very helpful and super accommodating. Worth booking with the hot tub so you can sit on that huge deck and overlook the mountain. It's a shame people have thrown trash around outside of the home, but it was very clean and the amount of space was incredible. My daughter was there for a soccer tournament and our friends joined us. Ranging in age of 5mos to 50y/o. Worth every penny and next time we come back for a non-soccer weekend and enjoy the quiet!
