BEST CITY LOCATION! This GROUND LEVEL apartment with no stairs is conveniently located 2 minutes from I-75, most restaurants, and best shopping. Also a short drive to LEE UNIVERSITY and Omega Center International (O.C.I.), and the Ocoee River and Hiwassee River are a short 30 minute drive away! Not to mention Chattanooga, Knoxville, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg or a straight drive to Atlanta.
The space
This eclectic apartment has a comfy sofa and chaise lounge in the living room that can fold down for additional sleeping., There is a 40" ROKU TV and WIFI. No cable. The beautiful bedroom has a queen size bed with new mattress, chest of drawers and a door to the back patio. The bathroom just off the bedroom has a cozy farmhouse vibe and is fully stocked with towels and toiletries. You'll have all you need to cook in the updated kitchen and enjoy your food in the cute breakfast nook.

Horse Show Stay

Everything was as stated in description for listing. Location was perfect! Close to highway, all the restaurants and quick drive to the horse arena. Neighbors in complex very quiet. Would stay again if in the area. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Such a cute apartment!

I was pleasantly surprised when I walked into Rhonda's VRBO. The apartment is very clean and nicely decorated. I LOVED the artwork painted on the bathroom walls! Ive sent pictures to several friends already. Rhonda has paid attention to the littlest of details. Theres a basket of essentials one might need innthe bathroom as well as kitchen. The area was quiet and my sleep was restful. I highly recommend this VRBO! I will be a returning cutomer as my kids live in Cleveland Tennessee. Thank you Rhonda for supplying an afforable option for visitjng my grandkids. 5 stars!
