A great cabin out in the woods.

The cabin was absolutely wonderful. We just wanted a nice little spot to get away for a couple days and have a romantic getaway out of the city for a couple days and this was just the place. Still have wifi and a TV for a little bit of technology use, but had plenty of activities to just go kind of off the grid and just spend and enjoy each others time. We shall be booking again.

It was a super cute and clean room. The host was very helpful and readily available. The drawbacks were that the room was like a duplex and the bad part was you could hear the adjoining room conversations. All in all it was a nice stay and the gist was great

Thanks for the review. Glad you liked the place. Yes, the place is advertised as duplex and is set up much like a hotel room with a shared wall and is priced accordingly. You won't find anything near our price that is comparable in the surrounding three counties. Yours is one of the first reviews we've had that is less than five stars. If you are looking for a private cabin, not a hotel room, we have those available at a little higher price point.

Getaway

The location is far enough out to seem like you are in the middle of nowhere but close enough to activities and stores to be able to get things if you need them. The cabin itself was cozy but plenty of room for. It didn't rain one day that the weekend we were there as an added bonus you will get to enjoy the tin roof. Only thing I'd have to say which would involve any location in this area is watch out for the horse flies.
