Entertainer’s backyard: 6‑person hot tub, pool (not heated), propane BBQ, fireside seating, and putting green. RV gate/parking and a 3‑car garage add convenience—desert serenity near dining, golf, and trails.



**Pet Policy:

- Pets are welcome, but must stay off all furniture.
