This place offers everything you need for a comfortable family vacation. The Outer Banks already has plenty to offer, but this place goes above and beyond with its amenities at an affordable price. Ryan and his team were incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. We even forgot an item, and he promptly sent it back to us. The house was spotless and well-maintained when we arrived. His team provided so many useful items that we might have had to purchase ourselves. Trust me, you won’t be disappointed if you book a stay here.

Spacious house. Decks were nice. From the top deck you could see the ocean. The pool and hot tub was wonderful relaxing The house was ok on cleanliness.hot tub needed cleaned . We recleaned the full batbrooms prior to use. Not sure if their is an issue all over the area but was not happy with finding roaches. We will have to empty everything and rewash all our stuff prior to taking into our home to be sure nothing came home with us. This is the first time in North Carolina we had this issue.

The house is lovely. There are a lot of steps, so may not be a good choice for folks with mobility issues. The beach access was good, but be prepared to walk through the dunes. Once on the beach, there is plenty of space to spread out. It is a quiet community and a perfect location for a vacation away from the hustle and bustle. We would definitely consider returning to this location.

Amazing location and amazing trip!

Outlasting the Blues beach house is the perfect getaway spot, with only a few minutes walk to the beach. While the weather was not the best for the week, there was plenty to do still. We enjoyed board games with the family, played pool, and sat in the hot tub. The house has some nice updates, from new appliances and a huge kitchen table - perfect to family dinners and game nights. If you are looking for quieter area of OBX to visit, this place is perfect. I can’t wait to return again.

The house was clean and had plenty of room for us. The game room was just a pool table and bar. Pool was nice but only went to 4 feet. The hot tub was right beside the pool, so when it rained the kids and I couldn't get in any water because the hot tub was outside a.d not under a deck like the other surrounding units.(kids - i mean teenagers a d young adults). Overall ok stay for the price. A few minute walk to the beach. The internet goes out when its storming. 2 of the bedroom lights would flicker all night which was annoying when trying to sleep.
