Ideal for sports enthusiasts - skiers, hikers, cyclists, fatbikers and golfers - this place invites you to live in the heart of the action!
The ground floor condo is easily accessible and has its own private terrace.
It has three bedrooms: two with queen beds and one with two single bunk beds.
You will also find a well-appointed living space, including a kitchen, dining room, living room and two full bathrooms.
After a busy day of outdoor activities, this is the perfect place to relax.
The complex has a large heated swimming pool and several indoor and outdoor relaxation areas.
Winter activities include an ice rink, walking trails, fat bikes (lockers on site) and, of course, Le Massif ski resort, just 35 minutes away.
A bike wash station (with hose) is located at the southeast corner of the building, near the garage.
