Good location, poor value for the cost

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: While the location was nice, unfortunately our overall stay did not meet our expectations.The biggest issue was the balcony. There was a very strong smell from neighboring condos where people were smoking heavily, making it uncomfortable to sit outside and enjoy the space.The condo was also not as clean as it appeared in the listing photos. The sofas had noticeable stains, and several areas were very dusty. Since I have allergies, this made my stay particularly uncomfortable.I wanted to share this feedback with the owners because I believe the condo would benefit from a more thorough cleaning and better attention to these issues. Addressing them would greatly improve future guests' experiences.
