Great location and wonderful home to stay at with kids. The books and games downstairs were a nice touch and the home and yard were spacious. Julie was very communicative and overall we had a nice stay!

This house was clean and well maintained! It was perfect for our group and included some bonus space in the basement! Loved that it provided beach towels, chairs and a wagon/cart to help get to the beach, as well as some sand toys. This house is great for some couples or large families, our group was 2 families of 5 with school aged kids. My only fear was keeping the white couches white (success!)

Beautiful family beach home

We had the best time at this super comfortable spot. Plenty of room for everyone. My wife loved the bed and is still talking about the great style throughout. Kids enjoyed all the games, books, and smart TV. We grilled dinner, played the yard games at the house and then walked to the beach. Clean and well stocked. Super easy and great all around experience. We’ll be back!

We had the most amazing time at The Nantasket Nest—Julie has truly thought of everything. From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was evident: luxury linens, plush towels, beach-ready gear, kitchen utensils, chargers—every convenience thoughtfully provided. It’s beyond impressive.The short 6-minute walk to the beach, made extra effortless with the supplied wagon, was a breeze—even with all our beach essentials in tow. Evenings were something special: a quick stroll to the bay side rewarded us with breathtaking sunsets—perfect for winding down with a glass of wine in hand.The home itself is welcoming and spacious, ideal for families or groups. Julie’s hospitality shines through in every thoughtful touch, making us feel instantly at home. We will definitely be back—and wholeheartedly applaud Julie for creating such an amazing stay.Highly, highly recommended.
