This townhome was perfect for our stay for 2 families with 7 kids! The parents each had a room and we could make a boy kids room and a girls kids room!We brought our boat and kept it at the Harbor town marina and it was the perfect spot for walking to and from there. We took the trolley to the beach and it was so cute! We would totally stay here again!

The property was located right where we wanted to be, close to everything! Very accommodating with 4 bedrooms and 4 baths for 6 adults! We were coming from different parts of the country and they were very accommodating about letting us get in when we arrived which was at different times! Positive experience for all!

We had a 4 night, 5 day stay. Loved having 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, super large TV, nice kitchen! The location was perfect, not far from the lighthouse, within walking distance. We had a toddler with us, so enjoyed the park area near, visited several times. The huge bonus of this VRBO was the community pool. It was basically out our back door. We swam in the pool everyday and often had the pool to ourselves. The departure rules were the easiest ever! Host was responsive, good communication! Would book again!!

Unit was clean.Furniture hodge lodge & mismatched. Very dated. Cheap.Beds adequate, as for mattresses. But poorly dressed. One Spread too small and excessively used. Others present poorly.Nice TV’s.Kitchen well stocked with dishes, cookware and utensils.Harbour Town & HHI landscaping well manicured …but this complex and courtyard does not compliment.Poor image!As a 20 plus HHI timeshare owner and renter, this is the poorest presented unit I have ever experienced. I do realize the bordering construction did not help its external image.Last, the internet image displaying an ocean view is a deception.However, our visit was adequately comfortable.I hope you wanted the truth.

Five stars, without hesitation. I stayed here with three colleagues on a site visit for one of our businesses. We wanted to try a house instead of a hotel, and it was a great success.Everything worked the way it should. The WiFi was easy to get on and the internet was fast. The TVs were easy. The kitchen is fantastic and the grill was simple to use. There were plenty of towels, the beds were comfortable, and the place was very clean. Every room was comfy, which matters when four adults are sharing a space.The location is excellent. It is very close to the beach, and there is a great breakfast spot within walking distance. The parking pass that they mention is very easy so don’t let that be a deterrent. Coming in at night there are deer all around so peaceful!We will book with you in the future. Thank you.

Great location, very comfortable, and kid-friendly!We loved our stay at this villa in the Harbour Town neighborhood. The location truly can’t be beat—restaurants, shops, playgrounds, and leisure paths are all just a short walk away. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and perfect for families. The host was wonderful as well and extremely responsive, even on a holiday. We would happily stay here again!

Very convenient and lovely interior

Great architecture makes every space lovely and useful. We enjoyed the right sized pool within the complex and the easy walk to the island trolley. The shared living dining space allowed our extended family to cook, dine and really enjoy each others’ company.

wonderful stay!

close to all things sea pines! the horses, the light house, the beach close by bike ride, the pool right out the back door. Well done and a big living room space for the whole family. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful and very clean vacation rental !

This is a perfect unit for family with very comfortable beds and great location. We enjoyed staying with our one little dog and very nice neighbors. The walk to Harbour Town was enjoyable and bike riding around the island in perfect weather was fun. Everyone had their own bathroom which was a luxury that we enjoyed also! Perfect vacation Thank you so much!
