Relax at Mindy’s Country Cottage

Come and enjoy a relaxing vacation in the unique and family friendly home. We are located within minutes of the Manti Lasal National Forest where you can enjoy ATV riding, fishing, hiking and hunting. Also winter sports such as snowboarding and snowmobiling. Palisade State Park is appt. 14 miles from our home. You can enjoy a round of golf, hike around the lake, or enjoy time swimming, kayaking, paddling boarding or paddle boats. We are located 2 blocks from Snow College and 6 miles from the Manti Temple.

This is a very nice place to stay in Ephraim. Very easy to get to and it is very quaint and comfy inside and everything was very clean. The process to get in and out was just great and it was a great stay! I would highly recommend!

Home was very clean and cozy! Everyone in our group enjoyed our stay only downfall mentioned was the slender stairs but thats it. Plenty of parking, and even had 2 deer come visit the backyard during our stay.
