Located just east of Rosemary Beach, this is one of the few exclusive homes in the Bluffs at Inlet Beach and offers direct beach access. Enjoy 130 ft of beachfront excellence from the multiple porches and balconies offering panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico. The first level loggia is the perfect place to relax, enjoy grilling, and sit by the built-in fireplace. Enjoy the beach front view while mere steps to the community pool and private walkover.

On the second main level of the home, entertaining will be seamless with the open floor plan where you find a stunning chef's kitchen with white quarts countertops, large island, glossy subway tile back splash, two dishwashers, Sub-Zero refrigerator, and Monogram GE appliances. Relax in the gorgeously appointed coffered ceiling living area and dine in the ample dining area. A convenient laundry and storage room is found off the kitchen as well as a lovely powder room. A beautiful master suite with coffered ceiling provides a welcome retreat and includes an exquisite marble en-suite bath with double vanities.
