Situated along Rt 430, a long gravel driveway separates the house from the highway, giving privacy with easy access. Perfect for a relaxing and lazy getaway for friends and families! New to the area? You are located at the quieter side of Chautauqua county. Your neighbors are locals and local haunts abound. Ideal if you would like to be away from the busier lakeside crowd.
What makes this property unique
My favorite part about this property is the privacy it affords. We can completely disconnect from the world and just be. The property has books to read, multiple board games, a mini game room, a fantastic kitchen- the perfect setting to just enjoy each other's company. However, you truly are just a 100 ft from the main road, so that when you are ready for the outside world, it is just a hop and a skip away.
