Pets are NOT allowed in this complex. The pool unfortunately does not have a heater at the property, but you are welcome to use a heated pool at our sister property nearby near Pool Bar Jim's.

Enjoy 12 miles of bike paths right out in front of the villa. All bike rental companies deliver.
This property does provide 2 beach chairs, but rentals are also located right on the beach by Shore Beach Services.

Park in our private gated complex and have access to your ocean view accommodations and beach in short walking distance.

This unit is located in building one, close to the beach.

Bedspreads for all bedding are changed after every guest’s departure.

You can clearly see the ocean and hear the beach from the villa balcony and living area. This villa is just steps to the beach.

This beautiful third floor one bedroom, one full bath updated ocean view villa in building one features a new 55” large flat screen Smart TV. Enjoy beautiful ocean views from the living room and spacious balcony with seating for four. The complex has two spacious pools open year round.
The new owner has spared no expense in making this villa one of the top 10 in the complex.

The comfortable queen size master bed has a smart tv with cable and a door for privacy. The villa features a new queen size sofa sleeper and two bunk beds. The kitchen is fully stocked for six guests. Sofa bed linens and one blanket are provided.

The spacious balcony has seating for four and room for additional chairs for enjoying the wonderful ocean views and breezes. You are just steps from the beach and a short walk to the famed TIKI HUT BAR, with live entertainment daily/nightly in season. Pool Bar Jim's and The Frosty Frog are just steps away also. Enjoy Coligny Plaza and all of the shops and restaurants within walking distance, or call for the complimentary shuttle (in season).
Please call Hilton Head Bicycle Company for bike rentals. Beach chairs and umbrellas are normally available for rent on the beach.

Great place for a couples get away

We stayed at this location for our honeymoon. It’s in a great location, walkable to many restaurants and shops. Very easy access to enter property and room and great communication with the owner. Would definitely stay here again.

We've stay at Seaside most every time we visit Hilton Head because of the great location (direct access to the beach, near Coligny Square) and wonderful views from the balconies. This unit was perfect for the two of us; clean and great view. Two times we had difficulty getting the keypad to work but Keith immediately helped us out! Great service!

We had a great week. The weather was perfect and we were close to the beach where we spent most our time. If I had anything negative to say it would be that one of the beach chairs was broken and we weren’t able to use it.

The condo was very clean and supplied. The only problem was the people in condo 331 had children running around in the hall from 10:30 to 12:30 then one night the lady was in the hall talking very loud on her phone and then a man did same thing it was about 1:30 overall would definitely stay here again.

Great location and host

We came from WNC after Helene and really needed a reprieve from the situation. The property manager was available and very responsive. We had an issue with the Wi-Fi/cable. I messaged him and he got on the fix and kept me updated. The next day my daughter locked the bedroom door and shut it behind her! Yikes. I let him know and within an hour someone came to take care of it. We know the area well so knew it was great. These little villas are right on the beach and accessible to all the area spots. We’ve stayed in other units in Sea Side Villas. This one is very updated and the layout is much nicer than some others. Loved our stay and will be back.

Clean and updated

This is the best of several Seaside Villas we’ve stayed at. While the property itself could use a little love, this unit was exceptionally clean and had updated bathroom and appliances. The top level location offered nice sunrise view of the beach. I like a firm mattress; this one was more medium, but still comfortable. This is ideal for 1-2 people. The bunks might accommodate younger kids but I would worry about them falling out given how narrow they are. (This is true of all the Seaside Villa units with bunks, though, thankfully, some have a rail for the top bunk.) This unit is closer to the beach which makes it convenient in one way but also further from the one elevator. Location of Seaside is very convenient, within 5-minute walk to Coligny. Finally, we usually go to HH in March and enjoy the relative quiet of off-season. This time we definitely noticed a spring break vibe emerging, nothing disruptive but worth noting as Florida puts a chill on breakers.
