This open concept home is cozy and comfortable. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for a quick snack or family dinner. Step outside on to the deck and grill dinner or enjoy the cool morning breeze with a cup of coffee. Two spacious bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a private bath with garden tub and shower. A washer and dryer are located in the garage for the guests to use.

Guests have access to the entire home except for one bedroom that is locked for personal use of the owner. Guests have access to the fenced in yard.

This is a quiet and friendly neighborhood centrally located north of Pensacola. Minutes from West Fl Hospital and the UWF campus. Pace and Milton Fl are a short drive away. Just around the corner are many retail stores and restaurants.

Parking is available in the driveway.

The fireplace in the living room is not available for guests to use.
