This comfortable and cozy home is located in the northern part of town, and is less than a 1/2 mile straight down the street from the Windsor Beach boat launch and fishing pier.

This 3 bedroom 2 bath beautifully decorated home sleeps 6 to 7 adults, 1 cal king bed with walk in shower and a roll away bed in master closet, queen beds in bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. Living room with 70' smart HDTV with YouTube TV and Master bedroom has a 55' smart HDTV with YouTube TV. 2nd Bedroom has a 45" smart HDTV plus all rooms have ceiling fans for your rest and relaxation, outside covered patio with BBQ, Water Softener and reverse osmosis drinking water also included WiFi Internet.

It has a two car garage with guest ice freezer and plenty of outside parking for your boat and toys. The RV garage is not available as part of the house rental.

House contains dishes, glasses, utensils, pots & pans, coffee pot, toaster, microwave, vacuum, towels, and bedding.

Head down the street to Hwy 95 and your just minutes from London Bridge, downtown, the new mall and all the amenities of Lake Havasu.

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed for our extended stay. Frank was responsive to any questions and even had a new stove installed when there were issues with a possible gas leak.The weather was great and we spent a lot of time relaxing on the back patio! It was a great winter get away. Convenient to shopping and the beautiful beaches of Lake Havasu!

My stay was wonderful. This house was beautiful, comfortable and enjoyable. the owner was great to work with and we had an excellent stay. The property was clean, and the pictures did not do it justice. I would recommend this property and would rent this property again. My only suggestion to the owner, maybe a small table or chairs on patio, for somewhere to sit outside...otherwise...great listing.

Great Weekend

The house is very nice. The pictures are truly what you get when you arrive. We only stayed for a weekend with our adult children. It worked out great so nice to have a place to visit and cook meals. I would stay here again and highly recommend this home to anyone who wants a great place to stay. The owners are very nice and easy to work with.

Great Vacation

We just stayed here for the month of April & had a perfect stay! The house was in great shape-clean, well maintained, fully equipped plus it was decorated very nicely. We would recommend this property to anyone we know going to Lake Havasu.As well, we would not hesitate to stay at this location again ourselves the next time we visit. Havasu summer stay

I rented this property for weekend sumer use as my family and friends love boating on the lake. We spent a total of five weekends and this home met all of our expectations when it comes to comfort and amenties. The only thing we were disapointed in was that even though there were TV's in all rooms only the family room had actual service, the others were great for watching DVD or video game play. The owner did appreciate my comment and said that he was going to have service added to a couple of other rooms. I will most likely rent this home again and reccomend it to anyone who appreciates a rantal that gives you the feeling of being home. George satisfied renter!
