Come stay at this cozy 3 bedroom home with a private and spacious outdoor entertaining area that includes a heated saltwater pool, dual color changing lights, and a covered eating space with a TV and BBQ grill. Within a block from public beach access, you can easily stroll to the sparkling clear water off the famous emerald coast of Panama City Beach.

The 3 bedrooms allow for 10 guests to sleep comfortably while having plenty of space and privacy. Each bedroom is also outfitted with a large smart TV and the upper level bedrooms have their own private balconies.

The bright white kitchen with quarts countertops is open to the living room and features high-end stainless appliances complete with all basic cooking and baking essentials and an island with seating for 3. The main level is extremely open and perfect for a large family with 60" TV in the living room and a dining room table that seats 8.

The living room connects to a massive bonus room with an additional eating area, sectional, and TV that flows into the pool area. Step outside and soak up the sun in the lounge chairs on the paver patio or relax in the shade under the covered porch with a 60" TV. The outdoor entertainment area also includes a BBQ grill along with table and seating to enjoy a night out by the pool.

To make your stay more convenient, the washer and dryer allows you to have fresh laundry throughout your stay. You will have a private driveway for parking big enough for 6 vehicles. This home is perfect oasis for relaxation while being only steps away to the white sandy beaches of Panama City Beach.

I booked this location for a week at the beach, but upon arrival the house was double booked and occupied with other guests. I tried contacting the property host and they were unresponsive to phone calls and claimed they had spotty service and were working the issue. When VRBO tried to contact them, they also could not get ahold of the property host. Ultimately, VRBO had to cancel our stay and we were left stranded on a holiday weekend with no place to stay. I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and empathy on the situation, and I’d advise any future travelers to communicate with the host early to ensure they are the only party who has booked the location.

Beautiful Home with pool, close to the beach

We rented this home for 5 nights. This home is just as described. It was very clean, beds were comfortable. We loved the location to the beach and it was close to everything. Street was very quiet. The outside sitting area and pool was very nice, we ate dinner every night outside at the table, pool is heated and we used it everyday. Owner was very nice and communicated well, we will for sure rent this house again on a trip back to Panama City Beach :)

Beautiful Home, with pool and a block from the beach

This is the 2nd time we rented this home. We will for sure be back. Home is walking distance to the beach and has a heated inground pool. Outside area has plenty of seating areas with a TV. Home is clean and equipped with everything you need; beds are very comfortable. Lindsey is very easy to work with, check in and check out is convenient. Home has a lockbox to access.
