House was great for two weeks showing at the KY horse park. Quiet street, walkable to Georgetown shops and restaurants, close to grocery store, at most 15 minutes to the horse park. The house has nice outdoor spaces, easy to relax. The upstairs bedroom and bathroom is a great space for kids. Overall enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Very quaint property.Only issue was a smell that permeated the house that we could only cover with candles.AC underperforming but Carlos was very responsive to remedy.Hot tub and fire pit were great! Check in and out very easy.Location very convenient to Keeneland and Kroger FieldNice touch with EV charging and doggy bag availability.Top step front porch was a tripping hazard so we let Carlos know. We had two people trip on it.Nice space overall for the 7 people we had. We just brought along an air mattress for the 7th person so as not to use the couch and put it in the kiddy area upstairs. It worked fine.

This property was likely the quietest VRBO I have experienced. The host was incredibly responsive while we were there. We have no complaints. One thing we had to ensure was that the AC in the upstairs was left on with the door closed to keep that space comfortable but not a complaint; just common sense! Would definitely recommend.
