This place was great for four couples. The ping-pong table was a great addition, and we loved having the coolers and beach gear available. The neighborhood was beautiful, and Hanalei was just a quick drive away. Our host was also excellent with communication, which made the whole stay much better.

This is the kind of rental that could be a dream retirement home. Spacious, lots of natural light but still private. Modern and clean. Huge kitchen with everything you need including coffee filters. The beach supplies were a huge plus. Great location. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay. Hot tub was definitely a favorite. Beautiful home and quiet neighborhood. Lauren was very responsive every time we had a question and property was easily accessed by instructions provided. Would definitely stay again.

Great place in great location. Loved the hot tub and nice neighborhood to walk and ride bikes. View of mountains are amazing. Walk to the beach was a little longer than we expected with trail access but quiet beach with great snorkeling. Easy drive to hanalei which has so many cute stores and restaurants. House was beautiful and spotless. I would definitely recommend and come back again.

Great place in Princeville

The property was exactly as described , very conveniently located to town. It came with lots of beach chairs and umbrellas for the beach which was really nice and helpful. Kitchen was well appointed and had an everything we needed to grill a great steak dinner one night. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was exactly as described and our 2 families (9 people total - 4 adults, 2 teens and 3 children) had lots of room for privacy. The living room had the perfect couch and layout for evenings together watching movies. Lots of windows and natural light. Kitchen has everything you need. We usually make a stop at a Costco by the airport. It’s more cost effective than the local grocery stores. The hot tub is a surprising touch. It’s perfect for relaxing after hiking. This is the kind of neighborhood where families are walking in the evening and super friendly. It is on the north said of the island so expect more rainfall. If you’re there on a Saturday make sure you visit the Hanalei Farmers market. They sell fresh pineapples, hot fresh malasadas and local made jewelry. Take cash. For my Texas people, don’t let the AC situation scare you away. The units in place are sufficient to cool and it even gets chilly after 48 hours. Enjoy your stay.

This property was all we could ask for and more. Beautifully decorated and comfortable accommodations. I felt so welcomed right when we arrived. I had precise and clear directions as well as clear instructions for our departure

Friends vacation

Five couples came to Kauai to enjoy 4 fabulous days of friendship! I booked us at this Princeville house which had everything we needed to relax- fully equipped kitchen (Foodland is a few minutes away), grill, 5 bedrooms, laundry, great AC/ nighttime breeze, and a greatly needed hot tub after our long excursions. Everyone loved the beautiful house; it was perfect!

Princeville Vacation Home Stay July 2025

We had a great visit to this property. It was quiet, easy to find, spacious, clean and brightly lit. We ate a lot of meals prepared here to save on dining costs and used the hot tub just about every day. There are even a couple fruit trees on the property! Communication with Lauren was easy. I can't really think of any downsides unless having an ocean view is a must have, this location does not have that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Property

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a really hot week on the Island, but the bedrooms stayed cool at night. The downstairs room was hot even at night, it was cool during the early morning and afternoon. There are conflicting instructions on the A/C and how much it can be used without paying extra, the instructions/rules posted on the wall inside the front door contradict the instructions printed on the counter. Our only complaint would be that the whole house fan in the living room looks like it is stuck open in the vent so it would get extremely hot from pulling in hot air and the A/C couldn’t keep up and even reached the high 90s in the living room. We ended up turning it off. Overall, we would stay here again! Extremely clean and nice accommodations.

Beautiful well appointed Princeville house

This incredible house is exceptionally well appointed, clean, fully stocked kitchen, high end everything. There are several bicycles in the garage, beach chairs, even snorkel gear. The bedrooms are comfortable and 3 of them plus the main living space are air conditioned. Beach towels are also available and there are several lanais with outdoor seating as well as the main outdoors table and chairs. While the house is listed as 5 bedrooms, understand that the fifth bedroom is the media room. We did not find the pull out sofa comfortable for an adult. That room is somewhat open to the main living spaces so noise carries into that room. That said, this is a wonderful space. We held an informal small meditation retreat and it was perfect. Note that Princeville rules allow maximum 10 people in a house at any time. If you have a good sized group and want a house with every amenity, you will not be disappointed here. Understand that a few areas (downstairs Queen bedroom & media room) do not have A/C. At night the winds blow cool air through so sleeping is OK there. All rooms beautifully furnished and high quality throughout. Great vacation home and wonderful communication with Lauren, the host. We were there for a week and loved every moment.
