3 Bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a heated pool. The master bedroom has an en-suite with a walk-in shower and patio doors to the lanai/pool area. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the home and access to a bathroom with shower/bathtub. The kitchen has a seating area with barstools and a kitchen table with chairs.

The pool area has faces south/west and receives a lot of sun, there is a table and chairs plus zero gravity chairs for relaxing.
Long Meadow section of Rotonda West, a quiet and safe neighborhood. It is surrounded by golf courses, and circular canals, 12-15 minutes to several Gulf beaches like Boca Grande, Manasota Key and Englewood Beach; marinas, boat rentals, restaurants, shopping and fishing facilities are around the corner. Just pack your golf clubs and bathing suits, spend the day outdoor and come back home in the afternoon to cool down in the heated pool and lounging area.
