Beautiful townhouse with plenty of room. Short drive to the Ocean Edge Beach Club. Chris was extremely receptive to emails with very quick replies. Would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thanks Chris!

Upon arrriving, we found the condo to be immaculate. The owner had obviously invested some money renovating. When we had a minor issues with the bathroom doors closing. Chris, the owner immediately rsponded and arranged for a handyman to come the next day and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. The location of the condo is very private backed by woods and a pond. It appeared that the other occupants of the village complex lived there full time. They were all very quiet and friendly.Before renting, we made certain that the owner had full privileges to the Ocean Edge facilities including gym, pools and golf. We rented a different condo at the Ocean Edge villages last year and the owner did not have resort privileges, and we could not use the facilities. My only suggestion would be for Chris to replace the bathroom doors and put towel racks in both bathrooms. I will cetainly look to renting this condo again.

Wonderful stay at this bright and sparkly clean condo. Close to lots of places. Weather was amazing and on the rainy day we were able to use Fletcher pool.
