Nice place. Request a second parking pass in advance. No outdoor hot tub. Huge balcony. Lots of card games and boardgames.

Thank you for your 4‑star review. I’m glad you enjoyed the huge balcony and the selection of card and board games. I’m sorry the second parking pass wasn’t arranged—please request any additional passes in advance via Vrbo messages so we can coordinate with the HOA. I’m also sorry the outdoor hot tub was not available; I’ll review the listing to make availability clearer for future guests. If there’s anything that would have made your stay a 5‑star experience, please let us know via Vrbo messages so we can improve. We hope to welcome you back soon.

Amazing!

The ease of access to local attractions was perfect. The access to the beach was directly our our balcony. The property was just the right amount of space for all 9 of our party to spread out and have space. Communication was great leading up to and during our stay. We will definitely look at a return stay !

Unit was very clean had comfortable furniture both inside and out. The condo sits right on the beach with easy access. A private balcony overlooks the pool and beach. 3 community grills are on-site, but only one was usable (2 had substantial rust on the grates). Liquid Life was slow to answer unit specific questions prior to arrival- that communication could have been better.

Thank you for choosing Liquid Life and for the 5-star review. Glad the unit was clean and the furniture comfortable, and that you enjoyed the beachfront location and balcony views. Sorry we were slow to answer your unit-specific questions before arrival and for the grills being in poor condition — that isn’t the standard we aim for. We’ve asked the team to improve pre-arrival communication and had maintenance inspect and service or replace the rusted grills. Thanks for the helpful feedback; we’d love to host you again.

Beautiful View

The property was everything we expected. Comfortable and accomodating! We especially loved the outdoor furniture on the balcony so we could enjoy the view in comfort. Plenty of seating for all! (on a side note, the extra bed in the 3rd bedroom is a full size bed, not a queen) Thank you for a perfectly lovely accomodation for our stay in Orange Beach. We would definitely return for another much needed vacation!
