The house was clean and comfortable, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. We had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this place to others. Its convenient location makes it a great base for exploring both Maine and New Hampshire. We really enjoyed our stay!

We had a great time. Very cozy lake home. Comfy beds, good communication with host. Very quiet. Kids loved the games and we had a lovely time at the fire pit. Would recommend! A note for other guests that this property isn't directly on the lake and access is a bit down the road (although I think this is mentioned in the listing description).

Beautiful home

Beautiful redone home, just what we were looking for. Although there was a little confusion with how to get to the docks, we thought it was a lot closer than it was and the maps were not very clear. The neighbor was very sweet and walked us down to 2 areas we were able to use. Otherwise a lovely stay.

The house was very nice, clean and fully stocked for a family vacation. However, the listing mentioned that there was a canoe and kayaks, as well as an outdoor theater. There was only 2 inflatable paddle boards and no theater. Also, the access to the lake is only about 4' wide and there is no beach or dock. If you want to put the paddle boards in the water, you have to walk down the street quite a bit further to put them in at a dock. The only way a lake view is possible is if there are no leaves on the trees.Also, do not expect much from the washer and dryer. I only put a couple pair of underwear, some socks, a sweatshirt and 2 t-shirts in to be washed and the washer would not wring out the clothes. So everything had to be wrung out by hand and hung over the railing to be dried. I also did not wear those clothes again because I felt as if they were not really clean since there was still so much water in the clothes.The fire pit was great. The kitchen was great to use for breakfasts and dinner. Beds were ok. The upstairs suite was perfect for us, while the kids all had the downstairs bedrooms and bath.If they would update their listing to remove the items that are not included, make the lake access a little more clear in the listing, and replace the washer and dryer unit, this would be a great place.

Artsy and welcoming!

The neighborhood is quiet and safe and our kids went right to coloring as soon as we entered the home. The house is charming and welcoming. The house is dog friendly and kid friendly so families can relax and enjoy nature, together! The dock was a short walk and our kids caught bass constantly. No keepers, but they were thrilled with so much activity. Lake Sebago does not disappoint with the views. We drove to Naples, only 10 minutes away, and did more fishing along the nicely planned bridge. There are benches and paved walkways for families to enjoy the views and fish. We also enjoyed dinner and ice cream in Naples. There were many local restaurants serving up delicious lobster menus. I highly recommend this house and area for a family looking to get a lake vacation experience.
